Mr. Tran is a director and local representative of VLI, responsible for business development and management of the company. He is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of industry experience in focusing on construction and project management. Mr. Tran has managed a total of over 430,000 sf of commercial (office and retail) projects, and 570,000 sf of industrial (warehouse and factory) projects.
Prior to joining VLI, Mr. Tran was formerly the Head of Project Management services at CBRE Vietnam and before that, a Senior Project Manager of Cushman Wakefield Vietnam, where he has successfully delivered a variety of projects in HCMC and Hanoi for a number of global clients such as Samsung, Roche, Unilever, Oracle, Welco Technologies, Suntory PepsiCo, Louis Vuitton, Shiseido, Deutsche Bank, and more.
Mr. Tran is a holder of Professional Project Management (PMP) certification. He has a Bachelor of Science from Natural Sciences University of HCMC. He is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
